Return & Refund Policy for TrulyCart

At TrulyCart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at:

Once your request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a pickup within 48 hours
- Please ensure the item is securely packed

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect product

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order after return approval

Refund Policy
Once your returned item is picked up and inspected:

- Refund will be initiated within 24 hours
- Amount will be credited within 3–7 business days

Refund will be made to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refund will be processed via:
  - Bank Transfer
  - UPI ID / UPI Number / QR Code

Customers must provide valid details for COD refunds.

Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Items without original packaging
- Personal hygiene or customized products (if applicable)
